   3. Power cuts are common in our region, will they affect the operation of the device, will we be able to receive a warning SMS?

There is a rechargeable lithium-ion battery in the device that can operate the system for approximately 12-15 hours. In the event of a power outage, the battery is activated and the system continues to work and warn you during this time.

   4. The temperature on the device screen and the value on the software screen seem different, what is the reason?

The data you read on the device shows the instantaneous temperature and humidity values, while the data on the software is updated every 30 minutes. (You can set this time yourself in the settings menu.)

   5. GSM network signal level is very low in our region, will the device work?

There is a GSM antenna with a very high reception power on the device. If the signal level of the GSM operator cannot be achieved, the device antenna will be replaced with a high receiving antenna to ensure the operation of the system.

   6. While the reception power of my device was high, the reception level decreased and the system broke out. What could be the reason?

The base station of the GSM operator working in your area may have been removed or changed. If the situation persists, inform our technical service. The problem will be solved with a different GSM line.

  10. Why don't the "datalogger" in the cabinet and the sensor data of the device match each other?

Make sure that the sensor of the device and the datalogger are on the same shelf of the cabinet.

The most important point is that the reaction times of datalogger-style devices are late. The temperature monitor instantly responds to temperature and humidity changes and provides up-to-date accurate data.

  11. Will a software setting be made after the physical installation of the device?

No. All settings come pre-installed on your device. Turning on the device is enough for the system to be active.

Disconnection occurs when there is no data from the M2M data line. When the GSM line is active, the connection is established automatically. You can turn the device off and on to speed up the process. In case of interruption, the system continues to read and save data in its memory. (12-15 Hours of data is kept.) This data is automatically uploaded to the system as soon as the mains arrives. You will not experience any data loss.

  14. The power is cut off, the device screen does not turn on. Is there a fault with the device?

No. In the event of a power outage, the battery is activated and the display light is turned off. When the power comes on, the light will come on again.

  15. Even though the cabinet or ambient temperature and humidity values are outside the determined limits, why didn't I receive an SMS?

In order to receive a message, the value outside the limit must be read two times in a row. In case of instant limit changes, the device will not send SMS.

  16. Although my cabinet temperature is displayed on the system, my ambient temperature and humidity values are -99, why?

Connect the temperature sensor to the 1st port and the ambient sensor to the 3rd port. The 2nd Port in the middle will remain empty. You'll get a -99 error because the sensor is plugged into the wrong port. After setting the ports, turn your device off and on again.
