tempix-saglik-etiketi.jpg

The Tempix Time Temperature Indicator Label shows whether products such as drugs, vaccines, blood, which are of vital importance to be stored and transported at the right temperature for health, are transported at the right temperature to the final consumer. The Cold Chain Label in question reveals whether the product has been exposed to a temperature other than the temperature standard specified for the product during transportation.

It can be applied to each box for drugs and vaccines, or to the box for multi-product transfers, depending on the user's request. For blood and blood products, it is applied to each blood bag. The sticker adheres strongly and easily to the applied surface, and does not fall off from the applied surface in any way in cold or humidity.

How to Interpret Tempix Indicator?

tempix-nasil-yorumlanir.jpg

The Tempix Time Temperature Indicator Label is activated after printing. After the indicator is activated, there will be black control lines in the blue window. These control lines represent time intervals. If the product is kept at the right temperature, the control line will remain unaffected without any time limit on the indicator.

As seen in Figure-1, the presence of a black control line in the blue window indicates that the product did not exceed the specified temperature during transportation and that the Cold Chain was not broken.

If the product has not been kept at the correct temperature, if it has been exposed to a temperature above the specified temperature, the black lines in the blue window on the Cold Chain indicator label will turn white and disperse on the last digits of the barcode and there will be no control lines in the blue window. As can be seen in Figure-2, the whitening of the black control lines in the blue window and the absence of black control lines in the blue window indicate that the product exceeded the specified temperature during transportation and the Cold Chain was broken.

This indicator label is used for products that need to be transported between +2C / +8C.  In addition, control can be provided at -14° -18° 4,6,8 and 25°.
