Turkey's Leading Temperature Monitoring System
Turkey's Leading Temperature Monitoring System
Refrigerated Vehicles
It is critical that the shipments of food, agricultural and livestock products that need to be stored at certain temperature values are transported by providing the relevant conditions.
During transportation, temperature and humidity values should be monitored regularly, getting a warning in critical situations prevents the valuable products being transported from deteriorating and prevents material losses.
With the official gazette published on October 3, 2017, it has made it mandatory to monitor these controls with temperature monitoring devices in food transportation.
You can find the relevant regulation here.
ISI24 is a mobile device , it does not require assembly as in vehicle tracking systems, so you can manage your operation by purchasing a small number of devices!!!
The ISI24 main device is mounted next to the driver, so that it is warned visually and audibly from temperature changes !!!
Within the scope of the fight against food inflation, a new era is being entered in the transportation of fruits and vegetables. The transportation process will end in vehicles with open boxes.
Until January 1, 2019, it will be required to have certified refrigerated vehicles with certain internal temperature and humidity conditions. Inspection procedures have been started by TSE to check the compliance of the vehicles with these criteria.
SPECIAL CRITERIA FOR VEHICLES CARRYING FRUIT
Within the framework of the "transportation of products in refrigerated refrigerated vehicles" stipulated by the Ministry, these vehicles must meet the specified internal temperature and humidity conditions. The vehicles will be inspected and tested by TSE and documented within the framework of the criteria sought.
DOCUMENT REQUIREMENT
For refrigerated vehicles, the said document must be obtained from TSE by January 1, 2019. Having completed its preparations in this direction, TSE has started testing and certification processes for the vehicles in question. The compliance of the vehicles with the specified conditions will be documented by TSE in 3-year periods.
VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED
Transporters will be able to go to the control centers operating in 44 provinces within the body of TSE and have their vehicles inspected. With the controls made, the use of vehicles that are not suitable for their purpose will be prevented and product quality will be maintained.
CONDITIONS TO BE SEARCHED
The criteria that refrigerated vehicles must meet are as follows:
There will be no wear, punctures or cracks on the inner and outer surfaces of the insulated equipment in the vehicles.
There will be no light leakage into the insulated equipment when the doors are closed.
There will be mechanical devices that can keep the internal temperature of the insulated equipment 0-14 degrees.
The insulated equipment will include a temperature and humidity monitoring device.
Vehicles with "ATP Certificate", where perishable foods are transported , will be deemed to meet these conditions if there is a cooling/heating equipment and a temperature/humidity monitoring device. Closed or tarpaulin transportation vehicles can be used to transport the goods from the production site to the industrial enterprise, to the wholesaler at the production site, or to the sorting and packaging facility.
WAREHOUSES WILL COMPLY WITH TSE CONDITIONS
On the other hand, the standards determined by the TSE will be sought in the cold storages where the products will be located. These warehouses will have a heat and humid environment that will not lead to deterioration of goods or loss of quality.
Among the reasons leading to food inflation are the post-production losses in fresh fruits and vegetables. 25-40 percent of fresh and fruit production in the country is lost in the production-distribution-consumption chain. To prevent this loss, fruits and vegetables must be kept in the cold chain from production to sale.
With the ISI24 Temperature and Humidity Monitoring System, you will receive alerts via SMS, E-Mail and IVR (Voice Call) in critical situations. in your vehicles won't stay.
